About Mrs. Skien

Hello students and parents!! I am Mrs. Skien, and I am excited to work at HHS and HJHS! It is truly a pleasure to be able to work at my High School!

I graduated from Havana High School in 2006. After High School I attended SRC in Canton IL for my Associates in Science. In the fall of 2008 I transferred to Western Illinois University to study at their School of Agriculture. During my years at WIU I was very active in CFFA and Ag Ed club. I graduated WIU with a major in Agricultural Education with three middle school endorsements and a minor in Animal Science.

This is my fourth year as a teacher, but third year at HHS.

If you click on the course tabs you will find the course's description. If you roll your mouse over the class you can see there are several options: Course Calendar, Lab Instructions, Links and Course Syllabus. Each of these four options will help you know what is going on during the course as well as any websites that you may need to access information for the course.

You will need to use the class edmodo site to access reading materials, assignments, quizzes and tests for each day.
